Terms & Conditions

In the following conditions “THE PHOTOGRAPHER” is the specific photographer realizing the photographic service while “THE CLIENT” is intended to be the person(s) whose name(s) appears in the contract.

COPYRIGHT

The photographs shot by THE PHOTOGRAPHER realizing the photographic service are protected by the international laws in terms of copyright law, and can not be reproduced without explicit written permission of THE PHOTOGRAPHER himself. Upon final payment made by THE CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to THE CLIENT under the following conditions:

All photos provided by THE PHOTOGRAPHER are property of THE PHOTOGRAPHER itself and may not be used in any media without permission or transfer of right specified in writing between THE PHOTOGRAPHER and THE CLIENT.
The selected images are the property of THE CLIENT for personal use ONLY and for any purpose concerning reproduction and distribution of the single images to friends and relatives.
THE CLIENT must obtain written permission from, and compensate THE PHOTOGRAPHER prior to an event where THE CLIENT OR THE CLIENT’S relatives/friends publish or sell the photographs for profit.
DISPLAY
THE CLIENT hereby allow THE PHOTOGRAPHER to display any images covered by this contract and to promote the business by means of advertising, publicity material, websites, exhibitions, competitions, magazine articles, and other such media, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to THE CLIENT.

In case THE CLIENT doesn’t want for any reason the images to be displayed as mentioned above, THE CLIENT must notify THE PHOTOGRAPHER in advance. In this case is up to THE PHOTOGRAPHER to add such a specific clause to the contract.

PAYMENT

To confirm your photographic session’s booking we require a 30€ down payment through PayPal (plus 2€ as PayPal international transfer fee) of the requested price. The payment has to be made via Paypal.

By providing the fee, the client agrees about Terms and Conditions which means he signs the contract for our provided photographic service.

The client will receive signed copy of the contract including all the details taken together before the photographic service.

The rest of the amount is due at the end of the photographic service and before the post production’s phase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation by THE PHOTOGRAPHER, his liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid previously by THE CLIENT.

If the CLIENT should have to cancel a booking within 14 days prior the planned photographic service and a re-booking is not made, then, THE CLIENT will loose the 20% reservation fee already paid.

It is essential to inform THE PHOTOGRAPHER as soon as possible about any changes of venue, time, contact details, etc.

DELAYS POLICY

If THE CLIENT arrives late the photo-session will end at the pre-arranged time and if additional time is needed extra cost may apply.

If THE PHOTOGRAPHER arrives late then the photographic service will be extended in proportion.
